So many dynamics make up a life. Sometimes they are things that we can handle on our own. Other times we ask someone to walk with us as we go through them. Life events take unexpected turns and we are forced to endure, adapt, and become accustomed to new circumstances. Sometimes we can change on our own, but other times it is helpful to have someone join and support us as we grow and heal.

Counseling is a process of receiving support, encouragement, and a new perspective on a current situation. It is a time of acknowledging celebrations and losses and the impact that both have on the development of a person’s life.
